After working at the U.S. Attorneys office in New York, Mr. Katz took his experience and moved back to Atlanta, Georgia in 2002, where he has participated in over 150 business, real estate, and specific litigation matters. Mr. Katz has provided council in cases in the states of Wisconsin, New York, Florida, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Utah, and Colorado. He is currently licensed by the State of Georgia and New York.

Mr. Badeaux specializes in commercial dispute resolution, whether through pre-litigation mediation, arbitration,litigation, or trial, with special emphases on complex commercial disputes like corporate divorces and “bet the company” cases, and intellectual property disputes over trademarks, trade secrets, copyrights, and patents.
